Mona has literally the best design! love her witch costume transparent under boob and navel opening! she has one of the most beautiful hourglass body i have ever seen!

I totally agree there. Aside from Beidou(for particular reasons) I do think she is one that fit all those descriptions the best. I hardly can think about Genshin Impact without Mona popping up in my head. Been wanting to draw her for quite some time, though. Hence, why I got so caught up in detailing her.
